This course differs from other self-defense or martial arts programs or classes in that they start from the point of being attacked, Be Smart Self-Defense training course starts with how not to become a victim, We teach and train you to be aware of your surroundings and strangers before you become a victim.

I designed this Model mugging self-defense course as a one-time, reality-based “model mugging” training on how to defend yourself in a real-life situation with a live-training self-defense instructor.
Since we are all very busy in our day-to-day lives The course is broken down into two areas of focus classroom and hands-on reality-based model mugging training for a total of 3hr.
This class was created for middle school, high school, and college-bound students as well as moms, daughters, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. All classes are designed to build confidence, awareness, and hands-on self-defense training tailored for all.

Yes, after your first initial class, we offer monthly refresher classes which are an hour long.
